Valley Radiology Medical Associates had its beginnings at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, staffing the radiology department. VRI grew primarily through the development of their own out patient sites and expansion to serve other hospitals in the South Bay.

VRI maintains out patient practice with imaging facilities in San Jose, Los Gatos, Mountain View, Redwood City, and San Mateo - providing coverage to the entire South Bay and Peninsula area.
